Benjamin began his construction business training at the age of 12 years old. As a Home-School student, during High School Ben was able to work his way up the various positions in the construction business. This allowed him to gain the experience to supervise and manage commercial construction projects shortly after graduation.

As a Home-School student, during High School Ben was able to work his way up the various positions in the construction business. This allowed him to gain the experience to supervise and manage commercial construction projects shortly after graduation.
In 2013 Ben took on the responsibilities of the estimating and project management departments. In 2014 Ben was elected as V.P. of Operations. His 9 plus years of hands on experience has equipped him to handle all aspects of the construction site, including steel erection, concrete and all other job site supervisory and project management responsibilities.
His executive management experience as a VP, has allowed him to relate to the client from the investment standpoint and keep the projects focus on performance. He has experience in all aspects of the office and executive management side of the construction business. Ben is a certified welder, and a licensed pilot for single engine aircraft. He volunteers as an officer for a Colorado 501C-3 non-profit foundation and is on the board for several other Land development and investment companies. He was elected as the President of operations in 2017.

Dan Myers has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. His experience and expertise has been an invaluable asset to CSC Steel Erectors and their clients for over 14 years. He studied architecture at CU Boulder, and construction management at CSU. He obtained his associates degree in Architectural Technology at Front Range Comm
Dan Myers has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. His experience and expertise has been an invaluable asset to CSC Steel Erectors and their clients for over 14 years. He studied architecture at CU Boulder, and construction management at CSU. He obtained his associates degree in Architectural Technology at Front Range Community College. Prior to joining the CSC Contractors team, Dan ran his own framing and remodeling business for 5 years before venturing into commercial construction management. He has extensive experience in design and construction and specializes in making the construction process as smooth and efficient as possible

David Schamel’s interest in business and construction began in Elementary School. By the time he reached High School, he was interning with General Contractors and business executives. His passion tailored his homeschool education to business management, construction and real estate.

David Schamel’s interest in business and construction began in Elementary School. By the time he reached High School, he was interning with General Contractors and business executives. His passion tailored his homeschool education to business management, construction and real estate.
Since then, David has spent thousands of hours in internships and volunteer work, including remodeling Project Manager/Estimator of commercial projects, equipment operating, and metal building construction. He began as an estimator and office administrator with CSC Contractors in 2015. Due to his excellent performance during the past three years, he was promoted to Project Manager. David’s positive attitude and passion for people makes him a great asset to the company and a favorite with clients.
